10 Easy Ways to Reduce Office Stress | Top of page

  1. Eat small, frequent, wholesome meals; keep your energy level at equilibrium.
  2. Include a good supplementation plan designed for you, especially “B” vitamins to reduce stress.
  3. Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water per day. Your body is made up of 70% water it is essential to stay hydrated.
  4. Try to exercise a minimum of 3 times per week, even if it is a brisk walk.
  5. Incorporate 5 to 10 minutes of stretching in your daily routine: increases flexibility as well as positive blood flow.
  6. Take 1 minute per day to close your eyes and meditate.
  7. Learn to take deep breaths in through your nose and out your mouth: decreases anxiety levels.
  8. Make sure you get 6-8 hours of sleep: healthy mind, healthy thoughts!
  9. Try not to consume too much caffeine, it will make you agitated and edgy.
  10. Have your fitness level tested by a trained professional.
